As we are catching up on blogging, we couldn’t resist sharing this amazing wedding day from last September! Austin and Mckenzie were married at Ranch of the Canyons, which is a stunning venue in Redmond, OR. The tuscan-style architecture, accompanied by the amazing backdrop of Smith Rock, made this venue a quick favorite of ours!

As you may already know, we had the pleasure of working with Kellianne Jordan Photography as part of her associate photographer team for a few years. (Photographing weddings here in Oregon that she was unable to be present for herself.) We were given the opportunity to work with Mckenzie and Austin on behalf of Kellianne Jordan Photography, and we had the most wonderful time! We even got to take their engagement photos last spring, a few months prior to their big day.

Mckenzie and Austin’s wedding took place in the midst of wildfire season, so there was a fair amount of smoke in the air that day. It created an almost fog-like atmosphere, and the sky took on a slightly yellow hue. In spite of the smoke, it was a perfect day! Their first look was beautiful and emotional, and all of the events that followed were magical as well.

Mckenzie and Austin share the sweetest connection with each other, and it was such a joy to work with them. We are so thankful we were able to partner with Kellianne Jordan Photography to capture their amazing day. The photos speak for themselves. ❤️
