On August 9th, Anthony and I got to be a part of my twin brother’s wedding!

This wedding is unique, because you will actually see us in a lot of the pictures. When Kaitlyn and Brad asked if we could photograph their wedding and be in the bridal party, I knew we had to make it work. We decided to hire an associate photographer to help us out that day, and I am so glad we did! She was able to capture some beautiful details and moments that would not have been possible otherwise, while we participated in the day’s events.

Kaitlyn and Brad were married in an intimate ceremony with their closest family and friends at Lavender Owl Farm in Canby, Oregon. It was such a fun and special day, and even more special because it was family. When I first met Kaitlyn a few years ago, I had a feeling she would be the one. It may sound cliché, but she really does bring out the best in Brad, and they balance each other out in the best ways. Like most couples, they have faced their share of challenges, but their relationship has endured and grown through it all. We couldn’t be happier for Brad and Kaitlyn, and we are so excited for them to embark on this new journey together.

Lavender Owl Farm was a lovely backdrop to their vintage / boho-inspired day. We loved the lavender and navy color scheme, paired with wild greenery and delicate bohemian details (the dreamcatchers were my favorite!). It all came together beautifully, and truly reflected Brad and Kaitlyn as a couple. The catering was also amazing, courtesy of El Vaquero.

Looking back, it was such an honor to capture and be a part of their special day. These images contain such precious memories, and I hope they will be cherished for many years to come. Kaitlyn and Brad, we are so happy for you. Thank you for trusting us, and Brad, thank you for giving me another sister! Welcome to the family, Kaitlyn. 💛
